ABSTRACT
Two groups of young people from two completely different backgrounds, African American youth in low-income, poverty-dominated urban communities and youth in former East German satellite cities, small towns, and rural areas, that have nothing to do with each other, in comparison? Not only do the groups appear not to have anything in common, but were they ever to meet, they might even be mortal enemies.
