ABSTRACT
The Gestalt school of psychology, which was originated in Germany about 1912 by Dr. Max Wertheimer, provides us with some simple and convincing evidence about how man organizes and groups visual elements so that they are perceived as wholes. In other words, what you experience when you look at a picture is quite different from what you would experience were you to look at each item in the picture separately.
