ABSTRACT

Germany is no longer a world power, regardless of whether is strong or weak from the military point of view. Mortally dangerous to regard the last pre-war developments as binding even in the slightest degree for our own course. In contrast to the conduct of the representatives of the period, we must again profess the highest aim of all foreign policy, to wit: to bring the soil into harmony with the population. Land and soil as the goal of the foreign policy, and a new philosophically established, uniform foundation as the aim of political activity at home. The National Socialists must hold unflinchingly to aim in foreign policy, namely, to secure for the German people the land and soil to which they are entitled on this earth. Western nor eastern orientation must be the future goal of our foreign policy, but an eastern policy in the sense of acquiring the necessary soil for our German people.
