ABSTRACT
Periodically, I am treating someone who has a position of authority in a medical practice, law practice, accounting practice, or business. Whatever the problem may be, I have sometimes run into an interesting and somewhat delicate difficulty with such people when they instruct their assistants (secretaries) to call me about a change in appointment time.
