ABSTRACT
AJIMAN PEREMPE was enstooled on the heir-apparent'8 stool (ABAKuMEJA) in the presence of Mr. Barnett, at midnight of March 26th, 1888. At the instigation of the chiefs, although he did not occupy the palace, he assumed the Royal prerogatives and the name of KWEKU DUA III. He has always been known by his nickname PEREMPE (anglice stout).
