ABSTRACT
This chapter proposes a complete package of a scaled-down version of the PRINCE2 method. It includes all the core minimum requirements for the method and is a version of the method that is worth inspecting to see if it meets the project management requirements of your environment. It is similar to the one designed and used very successfully by Tesco stores.
