ABSTRACT
Emissions of greenhouse gases other than carbon dioxide are responsible for about 50 per cent of radiative forcing, the determinant of global warming (IPCC, 2007). This means that emission reductions of such gases, like CH4 and N2O, are important and should be taken into account when developing policy strategies for reducing the risk of dangerous climate change.
