ABSTRACT
Domestic water supply projects across the developing world are driven by two equally important but often conflicting motivations. There is an immediate need for action towards providing sanitary drinking and domestic water supplies in the world’s poorest communities. However, the methods used in implementing these aid projects need to impart not just a temporary fix, but a lasting solution.
