ABSTRACT
The stock of heating systems in single- and multi-family houses represents an important potential for the implementation of heat pump heating systems: after many years of use, buildings are periodically renovated. Moreover, many homeowners install additional thermal insulation to reduce heating costs and bring the building envelope up to modern standards.
