ABSTRACT
INTRODUCTION Considerable effort in construction is dedicated to increasing efficiencies based on improving ‘know how’ through Lean Construction (LC), Critical Path Method (CPM), Last Planner System (LPS) and Just in Time (JIT) movements among others, experiments using different project delivery systems such as Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Design-Build (DB), Construction Manager at Risk (CM@r) to name a few, and the application of technological and informational systems.
