ABSTRACT

In spite of living all my life in poverty, of numerous deaths of loved ones, of all the rotten luck in my gamblings on horses, bingo, provincial and express lotteries, of the unkindness and hate of others, of ill health and the fact that I'm so miserable that no woman would dare marry me, I could never say that my life was an unhappy one nor could I ever say that it wasn't rich and full in experience. Above all, I always felt blessed to be keenly aware of life totally.
