ABSTRACT
While impatiently waiting for a traffic jam to clear, Ratan (all people and school names in this chapter are pseudonyms) flipped open his cell phone and looked up Facebook updates. One of his friends, who was stuck in the same traffic jam about a kilometer ahead had just updated his status: “Omg, I can’t reach Tahachal by 9 am today. This traffic is screwing my exam!” Ratan turned into a small alley, took a different route, and reached the exam venue, on the other side of Kathmandu, on time.
