ABSTRACT
Alfa i Omega (AIO) was established in October 1991 in Głogów, Poland. Głogów is a town in Southwest Poland, in Lower Silesian Province, with a total population 67,953 (Central Statistical Office, 2010). Southwest and South Poland are areas with high levels of investment in the steel and mining industries. Many companies from neighboring Germany and many other international corporations have opened their production plants in the Southwest and the South of Poland.
