ABSTRACT
Sam Steinberg (hereafter Sam) is the central figure in Corporation: After Mr. Sam (hereafter AMS), a documentary film that presents discussions in a top management team pertaining to how to choose a successor to Sam as president of the company, Steinberg Limited. Much of the discussion in AMS concerns Sam—his life, his authority in the company, and his role and intentions in choosing a successor.
