ABSTRACT

SUMMARY. Virtual reference services in academic health sciences libraries are fast becoming a popular way to deliver information services, as the results of the authors' study indicate. Over 90% of academic health sciences libraries offer virtual reference services with Web forms being the most common form of delivery.
