ABSTRACT
Dementia from the perspective of broken transsectoral pathways German social law clearly separates the health care sector and the nursing care sector. The path of many patients, especially geriatric patients, are characterized by broken transsectoral caring processes. It is not only a problem in Germany: it is a standard problem throughout Europe. But there are differences: in Germany, it is a huge problem.
