ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we explore some general implications for EU policy-making based on the findings of our analyses, both of the surveys undertaken (Chapter 4), and of the analysis of future policy scenarios using the POMMARD model and the Data Envelopment Analysis of policy efficiency at regional levels (Chapter 13).
