ABSTRACT
Scene 1. Senior business reporter Rutger receives a morning telephone call from a spokesperson for the Flemish Minister of Science. He informs Rutger that new management agreements between the Flemish Government and two Flemish research institutes have been signed. Rutger makes note of this information on a notepad. The spokesperson also announces that a press release will be issued later that day and that the PowerPoint slides used during the press conference are available upon request.
