ABSTRACT

The purpose of this and the next chapter is to enable set members to consider the interpersonal skills they use that make for effective working of the set for themselves and for other members of the set. Facilitators may wish to use some of the activities to focus on a skill that could be developed or enhanced by members of the set. Chapters 8 and 9 are also intended for action learning practitioners to reflect on their current use of the skills. We would like to emphasize that these chapters are to be used as a resource when particular set members and facilitators wish to give attention to a skill(s) that they wish to practise and/or reflect upon.
