ABSTRACT
What can we learn from the Fukushima nuclear disaster? We realized that we share a common nuclear risk all over the world. We cannot help reflecting upon modern technology’s omnipresent risk. This risk is not confined to nation states and the present generation. Global risk at present is not bounded by time and space.
