ABSTRACT

Using scanning electron microscopy and x-ray diffraction instrument to analyze the physics and chemistry of the rock samples. To solve the high stress soft rock roadway with large deformation problem at Ronghua coal mine, The experimental results show that the rock is mainly composed of quartz, feldspar and clay minerals, including clay minerals I/S mixed layer than 46%~96%, belonging to strong swelling soft rock roadway. Formulate different surrounding rock control schemes with finite difference method, and choose a better support scheme through three-dimensional numerical simulation. According to the site conditions, we design a steel truss reverse floor heave structure, combined with finite element simulation and field application. The monthly deformation of the roadway is less than 20 mm, provide a reliable guarantee for the actual production.
