ABSTRACT

Change is the manifestation of three dynamics: motion, intent, and guidance (MIG). Although the continuous improvement by improving continuously (CIBIC) system embraces the Paradigm A model, it is nonetheless important for one to acknowledge the great level of influence that the commitment facet can have on the general pursuit of change. Guidance, as a change-promoting dynamic, is the real-world manifestation of the focus, approach, commitment, expectation, and timing-driven considerations of change, hereafter referred to as the five facets of change. By collectively recognizing the motion, intent, and guidance dynamics of change and the role of the change participants, one helps to make the pursuit of change a much easier endeavor to manage and control. Without the CIBIC Professional Tools Library, the pursuit of change becomes a much more difficult endeavor. The CIBIC system is designed to promote change, motion, and deployment through greater awareness, active engagement, and the tireless pursuit of stated goals and objectives.
