Using critical reflective practice to develop and thrive as a teacher

Often there are policy decisions that mean we cannot have complete autonomy over every situation but every teacher has the freedom to develop relational practice according to their principles. Teachers who can critically reflect, analyse assumptions and understand how issues are affecting them, their health and wellbeing stand the best chance of developing resilience and protectors to enable them to flourish in their careers.
