ABSTRACT
In everyday practice, we often encounter RC networks that are inherently distributed (DRC lines). All the resistors and the interconnection lines of an IC, the Channel regions of the FET, and MOS transistors are DRC lines. The electrical behavior of such networks is discussed in the Current section.
