Organization

Once a project’s description and cost estimates (or its business plan) have been accepted, the project can be authorized to start. So how will that project be organized? That’s not always an easy question to answer, because different companies have their own ideas about what makes a good project organization. So this chapter will look at different ways of organizing projects. I shall also be introducing some of the key players, including of course the project manager.
