Creation in the Islamic Outlook and in Modern Cosmology

The problem of creation has always been one o f the major problems of human concern. But, prior to the 20th century it was mostly dealt with by theologians and philosophers. It was during the first quarter o f the 20th century that scientific cosmology was developed and the problem of creation became the concern of scientific circles as well.
