ABSTRACT

Nowadays more and more attention is given to the problem of the quality of higher education. The education quality problem is closely related to the problem of effectiveness of studies, since effectiveness as a quality assessment criterion can be used for assessment and improvement of the performance of educational organizations (Kokybơs vadybos sistemos 'Quality Management Systems', 2001). At the same time, the quality of organization performance can be increased by enhancing the effectiveness. That is the reason for increased attention of scientists to the problem of educational effectiveness.
