ABSTRACT
In the 21st Century, people need to have the ability to get along with other cultures, ethnic groups, and races at all levels of society. In a diverse society, there is a pressing need to communicate crossculturally in and out of the classroom. As the planet ages and communities become more multilingual, classrooms reflect a global society where people must learn to interact and create harmony.
