ABSTRACT
This volume aims to gather research being conducted globally whose focus is on achieving positive development for youth. The sample from which we drew contributions for the volume was the invited and submitted presentations from the Society for Research in Child Development (SRCD) conference in Prague, Czech Republic in Fall 2014. A few outstanding presenters at that conference were unable to prepare a chapter for this volume; despite their absence, we hope that we have captured something from their work.
