ABSTRACT
Now that we have discussed the basic concepts related to organization development (OD) diagnosis and assessment, the models that can successfully undertake it, and the steps needed to properly plan for a successful engagement, this chapter will focus specifically on the tools and techniques needed for collecting and analyzing data to turn that data from a building block into information with context and meaning that can be used in a successful OD engagement.
