ABSTRACT

Continuing our discussion, we have navigated through the basic concepts of organization development (OD) diagnosis and assessment, models to utilize, planning needed to properly and successfully engage, and the tools and techniques to collect and analyze data into meaningful and actionable information that can be used in a successful OD engagement. This chapter will focus on the next step, how to provide feedback in a meaningful manner that includes insight, leads your client to draw actionable recommendations, and builds a strong base for action planning and implementation (launch) of the agreed upon recommendations.
