ABSTRACT

In this chapter, we will discuss organization development (OD) consultant communication and branding for both internal and external OD consultants. We will illustrate the relationship between communication and branding while investigating how the field can improve communication. Then we will introduce tools that will help communication strategies. We will illustrate how to take advantage of them from your first communication effort. We will consider an external OD consultant. Also, we will refer to the tools and 124techniques of the internal consultant. Finally, we will talk about branding concepts and how to develop and sustain them.
