ABSTRACT
The participation of an aesthetic technician within a rm raises many issues. And certainly not the least is the question of his training and his status according to each country’s regulations. Integration in a team requires thoughtful organization taking into account the quality of care and continuous training. The various skills required for the different sectors, aesthetic laser surgery and secretariat, will be reviewed.
