ABSTRACT
The research is a diligent and systematic investigation process employed to increase, discover or revise current knowledge by discovering new facts, theories and application. Researcher is the person who is engaged in an organized and systematic way to search and enrich self and society by finding outcomes that would increase human knowledge domain or would be used for the betterment of society. Work planning involves dividing total work into small phases and experimentation planning. To choose a career of research is a good decision, but major hurdle faced as one thinks of starting the work is the availability of funds. All research involving vertebrates or cephalopods must have been approved from the researchers Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) or equivalent ethics committee(s), and must have been conducted according to applicable national and international guidelines. Rapid development in the field of technology and arising modern day problems are making research priorities change.
