Food spoilage causes enormous financial losses and is roughly estimated that almost 35% of the farm produce is spoiled due to several reasons. To safeguard the food products and ensure public health several agencies are imposing food regulations including FSSAI, USFDA, CFIA, and others. The major objective of implementing regulation is to cater the needs of the consumers related to safe and wholesome food and food products.
