ABSTRACT

A successful keloid management is ready to peep through newly modified non-invasive, bloodless, painless, and non-infective technique developed by Prof. J. N. Mishra, Lucknow, India borrowing knowledge from Sushrut. It has bright future for alike conditions subject to developing newer techniques to approach deep tissues of cavities and vessels. In this preliminary study four cases of keloid of different parts of the body were treated successfully with the pressure gradient technique with maximum follow-up of 27 years.
