ABSTRACT
This chapter presents the planning and results of a multi-method research aimed at understanding critical and positive aspects of current designs of the Izmir ferry system in terms of accessibility for all users, encompassing people with temporary or permanent disabilities, pregnant women, elderly people, and children.
