ABSTRACT

Public cloud deployment framework facilitates all subscribers’ access to cloud computing systems through a simple and intuitive user interface. It could be a web browser on a desktop personal computer or a smartphone. Meter-based payment is congured to allow users to pay as the business go. No deposit or xed fee is included. Access and usage are controlled on time slots allocated. e paradigm of utility billing, as in water and electricity, can be found in the cloud computing ecosystem. In the end, the high information technology expense can be minimized. Moreover, public cloud deployment is vulnerable to the issue of security at large. Both applications and data situated in the public cloud infrastructure is prone to malicious soware attacks aiming to steal information for prot. Security checking and validation must be upheld to mitigate this big risk. Further, strong identity management must be in place in subscribers’ internal systems and shared external cloud servers to ensure no leakage of condential data. Tight security measurements should not, however, impair the operation eciency.
