ABSTRACT
The large number of papers, special journal issues, conference sessions, and two books dedicated to investigations in this area demonstrate the level of interest in advancing this technology [1,2]. Practical systems are currently being developed in several countries, while fundamental research is being carried out by academic groups and government agencies to implement new concepts and understand the performance offerings and limits of this technology.
