ABSTRACT
The main of this works is the identification of the relation between the costs and the urban density in relation with the urbanization. In this study, only the costs of urbanization and its impacts on the urban density are analyzed. The future owners and the companies specialized in the housing, focalize their choices on the availability of land and its viability with a minimal prices and costs. The study begins by the collection of the square meter costs in relation with the land, the construction in elevation and the viability of the site, then by the identification of correlations between these costs and the urban density. The work finishes by the presentation of the graphs illustrating the relations between the costs and the urban density; and by the process of optimization of the density according to the costs.
