ABSTRACT

In this paper, from the perspective of system fault diagnosis methods and using a new fault diagnosis expert system structure, knowledge expression, and diagnosis mechanism, a fault diagnosis system integrated with the neural network knowledge and expert organization is studied. Fault diagnosis system is an integrated organization of data acquisition, signal analysis, condition monitoring, expert diagnosis, and fault prediction, which plays an important role in the fault diagnosis of equipment maintenance. This system overcomes the disadvantage of data acquisition of the traditional fault diagnosis system, and greatly improves the electrical equipment for a certain type of equipment maintenance support capability.
