ABSTRACT

If on the need to improve the material and technical equipment there have decreased the number of choices (38.8 to 25.3%), the measures to strengthen the control over the quality of education and training, the activities of educators and teachers and the improvement of their skills remained unchangeable and relevant (25.7 to 26.8 and 19.1 to 21.4 and 15.6 to 16.5%, respectively). Against this background, the increase in demand is clearly different for the measures to fight against corruption and bribery that has raised by 1.5 times (11.6 to 25%). Significant gender and age differences in these questions pool have not been recorded, with the exception of complaints about the lack of kindergartens and inattention to the child. In the first case, a higher percentage of selections is carried out by the respondents aged from 30 to 49, in the second-respondents from 50 to 64 years.
