ABSTRACT
Today the notion of state is a general methodological category. Studies of states are stimulated by needs of practice in the field of tourism, sport, space science, mental hygiene, educational, and labor activity. In most general sense, the state is a characteristic of objects and phenomena, implementation of existence at present, and all the following moments of time. The issues of studies of human psycho-emotional state have been widely and thoroughly considered (especially in psychology) relatively recently-since the middle XX century.
