ABSTRACT
Forty per cent of you at any one time will be questioning your career. This takes the form of ‘Why on earth am I doing this?!’ – on a bad day. But at other calmer moments you might try and look at your career in a more dispassionate and reflective way. Even then it can be impossible to know where to start. In general, we are not good at identifying either our own skills and potential or the career opportunities that exist for us out there.
