ABSTRACT
Chen is a 28-year-old man who came to see me again today because of anxiety and unexpected mood swings. He is not married, is painfully shy and decidedly heterosexual. Chen is a short person, somewhat overweight, with a kind, boyish and round gentle face; he makes excellent contact but clearly exhibits low self-esteem. He was very lucid in his expression and open about himself.
