ABSTRACT

WE extract from an American contemporary, TI,e Woman'8 Hour, the following letter from a lady, Mrs. -, formerly Miss Eaton, a teacher in the public Schools of Les Moines. It fumishes additional and very useful testimony of the good results of 1"lomen's Suffrage, upon morality and social order in Wyoming, which has now beeu law for eight years. Surely, when we are so constantly met with the assertion that the women in America aIld England are mostly indifferent to political liberty, it is worth while to collect evidence from a district where they possess and appreciate the franchise.
