ABSTRACT
The interviewees are members and founders of the India-based cultural movement ‘Jana Sanskriti’, which works through Theatre of the Oppressed to equip people to fight against their daily oppressions, and organisers of the biannual international Theatre of the Oppressed festival ‘Muktadhara’ in Calcutta, India. Sanjoy Ganguly has published various books on scripting power and practising freedom on and offstage.
