Recent Changes in China’s Outbound Investment Policies and their Implications

This chapter reviews China’s overseas investment administration framework and recent progress of policy reforms. In general, policy environment has been increasingly supportive and liberal in terms of facilitating overseas investments. This chapter also points out future directions for an overseas investment administration framework.
