ABSTRACT
Innovation networks could create business intelligence that allows organizations to flexibly coordinate and integrate their scattered resources more efficiently. The business intelligence could flow within and between the organizations. EYG had then transformed into a conglomerate of integrated product lines. It was committed to the discovery and application of high technology to upgrade the whole industry. EYG implemented a corporate-wide IT system to facilitate allocation and use of enterprise resources, while increasing management and operational efficiency. SYG aggressively enhanced its technologies through a variety of external collaboration. SYG was started in 1986 as a small Chinese sewing-machinery workshop in Zhejiang province. Based on the technology adoption through such collaborations, CTG continued to learn and internalize those technologies concurrently. CTG tried hard to enhance its personnel's technical and management capability through an education and training system, career planning, professional work environment, attractive remuneration and promotion.
