ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses the link between rural mobilization and reduction of poverty. It moreover synthesizes the findings from the eight thresholds for the evolution of DRO identified in this book. Finally, the chapter reflects on the role of NGO support for DROs as a strategy for improving the livelihood of rural people.
